What we make
Personalised videos, audio and printables featuring a Santa character created with artificial intelligence, based on the details and photos you give us. Santa Knew is a novelty gift. Santa is a fictional character.
Who can order
You must be 18 or older and the parent or guardian of the child the video is for, or have their permission. This service is for adults; children must not use it to submit information.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to share the names, text and photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to use them only to make, deliver and support your order. We do not use your photos to train AI models or in our advertising without your separate written permission.
Payment and saved card
Prices are shown before you pay. When you pay, your card is saved securely by Stripe so you can add extras with one tap later. We charge a saved card only when you choose to buy something, at the price shown at that moment.
Delivery
Standard delivery is usually within 24 hours of receiving all required details and photos; Tonight Guaranteed is about 30 minutes. Delivery time starts once your uploads are complete. If we can't deliver because a photo is unusable, we will contact you for a new one.
Our remake promise — no refunds
Because every video is made just for your child, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Instead, if anything is wrong — a mispronounced name, a wrong detail, a glitch — tell us and we will remake it free of charge, as many times as reasonably needed. This does not affect any rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be excluded.
Acceptable use
Don't upload content that is unlawful, sexual, violent, hateful, or that you don't have rights to, or photos of children who are not yours without their parent's consent. We may refuse or cancel any order that breaks these rules.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
